Megan Hoskins

A 26 year veteran of yoga, a community activist, a highly sought after massage therapist, and a mentor to new yoga teachers. Known for her breath driven yoga classes and attention to anatomical detail, she seeks to incorporate self-discovery, inquiry and play into every practice.

Megan's classes feel like a massage and her massage treatments feel like a deep stretch- a creative, challenging and uplifting experience delivered by a consummate pro. She is an authentic, face-forward practitioner and her infectious love of yoga/healing/movement will transform your life, inside and out.

Jamie Boer

Over the last 7 years Jamie has built a thriving Massage Therapy practice in her hometown of Toronto. She prides herself on a massage style that is intuitive, grounding and uniquely hers. With a strong foundation in anatomy and the nervous system, Jamie works to deepen the mind-body connection to facilitate healing.

Jamie’s fascination in the form and function of the human body has lead to Pilates teacher training, Doula (birth support) work, and most recently teaching at one of Toronto’s most reputable Massage Therapy schools.

When she’s not in treatment you can find her going for long walks in High Park with her husband and their 2 rescue dogs, huddled over a pottery wheel at The Shop, or in her kitchen making a batch of her awesome handmade soap.

Jo-Anne Saunders

After dedicating 16 years of her life to competitive figure skating, and all of the associated injuries that come with the sport, Jo-Ann became interested in rehabilitative therapies. Considering that the majority of city folk are computer and mobile phone users, she funnelled that energy into all things cervical spine (neck/shoulder region) and posture improvement.
Jo-Ann easily transitions between a clinical focus and a wellness approach using a “minimal elbows approach” to keep her hands in constant contact with your body throughout the treatments, allowing for controlled pressure and fluid transitions.

When she is not in treatment, you can find her at the Bluffs with her dog or helping friends/family find budget friendly solutions for interior decor.
