Madison Fruitman
MOVEMENT INSTRUCTOR
Madison (she/her) teaches with a calm, grounded presence and a deep respect for how every body moves. Yoga became her counterbalance to a fast-paced television career and grew into a practice of listening inward, creating space for breath, strength, and ease. Her classes blend thoughtful sequencing, intuitive movement, and a playful spirit. Madison meets you where you are, offering shapes that feel supportive and honest. Megan (she/her) is passionate about MOVEMENT as a powerful tool for self-regulation and nervous system balance. Her intention is to share authentically and empower students to find their own path toward freedom and healing. Megan's teaching is breath-focused and playful, with classes that strike a balance between strength and fluidity.

Nelca Barakova
MOVEMENT INSTRUCTOR
Nelca (she/her) teaches movement with curiosity and a deep focus on how it feels—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Her classes are layered, supportive experiences that build strength, awareness, and a joyful, sustainable relationship with your body. With Nelca, there’s no pressure to perform; just space to explore, laugh, and reconnect. Expect a blend of Pilates classics, unconventional exercises, and multidimensional movement. Richard Adair
MEDITATION TEACHER
Richard (he/him) is a certified Master of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher from the David Ji Academy in Carlsbad, California. He began meditating five years ago to manage the stress of leading a company as CEO and discovered mindfulness as a powerful tool for balance and inner healing.
His teaching invites students to slow down, sit with their emotions, and reconnect with their authentic selves. Richard’s own recovery journey has deepened his belief that meditation can help us find sober happiness and live life on life’s terms.

Sheri (she/her) teaches movement as both exploration and medicine. She blends Soma Training (ELDOA, Myofascial Stretching, Segmental Strengthening) with Pilates to help you build strength, space, and ease in your body. Her classes are curious, precise, and welcoming—inviting you to notice what feels supportive and true for you that day. A longtime east-end Torontonian, Tyrone (he/him) teaches from a warm, compassionate core shaped by his own recovery from caregiver burnout. He’s committed to making yoga accessible and grounding, blending Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin with music, humour, and heart. Inspired by Ram Dass, the Grateful Dead, and Sally Kempton, Tyrone creates classes that feel welcoming and easeful—spaces where students can breathe, explore with curiosity, and reconnect with themselves and each other.
