Peter blends targeted muscle release with Myofascial Blading/Release, using Western steel tools to glide through fascial layers and free areas that feel stuck or bound. For those who are active; or simply carrying the load of daily life, his sports-informed approach helps restore mobility, ease, and confidence in movement.
