A Small Update to Our Registered Massage Therapy Rates

It has been a number of years since we last made an adjustment to our Registered Massage Therapy rates.

In that time, the cost of running a clinic has changed, but so has the depth of care we offer. Our RMT team brings a wide range of experience, continuing education, clinical skill, and treatment styles to the table. We have always wanted massage therapy at Slow Medicine to feel thoughtful, unrushed, and specific to the person in front of us.

Beginning November 1, 2026, our Registered Massage Therapy rates will be updated.

We are also using this change as an opportunity to clean up the structure of our pricing. Over time, our longer treatments had become increasingly discounted on a per-minute basis. The new rates are simpler, more consistent, and better reflect the amount of treatment time being provided.

Updated RMT Rates

30 minutes — $80
45 minutes — $100
60 minutes — $130
75 minutes — $160
90 minutes — $190
105 minutes — $220
120 minutes — $250

We have intentionally kept the change to our most commonly booked 60-minute treatment modest, moving from $128 to $130, while bringing the rest of the fee structure into better alignment.

The new rates will apply to all appointments taking place on or after November 1, including appointments that have already been booked in advance.

Appointments taking place through October 31 will remain at our current rates, so if you have been meaning to book in, October is a good time to do so.

As always, treatments are provided by Registered Massage Therapists and receipts will continue to be issued for insurance purposes.

We know that any change in pricing matters. Giving plenty of notice felt important, and we wanted to be clear about what is changing, when it takes effect, and why.
