A slow, seated meditation using found objects from the city and the wild. Bark, stones, driftwood, rusted metal, discarded brick—things you might step over or walk past—become the bones of a small, charged weaving. Using naturally dyed silk, linen, and wool, we will stitch without patterns or pressure, turning the practice inward. Not to make something perfect. To contemplate. To feel. To get closer to ourselves.
No experience necessary. All materials provided, though you are welcome to bring an object from your day if one calls to you.
The finished weaving becomes a meditation piece you can hold later—something that carries the thoughts and feelings you released while making it. Grounding. Quiet. Yours.
A space to slow down, breathe, and weave your way back to yourself.
