A 6 week immersive experience to cultivate alignment with your authentic self and values. Grounded in acceptance and commitment theory, explore your connection to the present moment, finding space from your thoughts, and connecting to your authentic, values-driven self.

What to expect:

A 2hr experience each week that combines gentle, slow mindful movement practice, breathing and meditation techniques to drop the mind into the body. Therapeutic journal prompts will support you to explore what may be holding you back from living in alignment with your authentic, values-driven self. Group sharing after journaling is encouraged (but not mandatory!) to learn from one another.

All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.
