    This session is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, goals, stressors, and transitions.

    Through a combination of talk therapy approaches (CBT, narrative, DBT, solution-focused), mindfulness and yoga, we will work together to find solutions, develop coping strategies and build on our current skills and wisdom so that we are more aligned in what we want and need, and emotionally resilient to life's hardships.

  • Body Mind Therapy

    IN PERSON.
    Think… Yoga meets Talk Therapy

    In this session we use practices like yoga, breath work, and meditation in combination with traditional talk therapy approaches to understand where your nervous system is at in order to create a toolbox of resources to regulate and cope during challenging times.

  • Atlas Of Self

    A 6 week immersive experience to cultivate alignment with your authentic self and values. Grounded in acceptance and commitment theory, explore your connection to the present moment, finding space from your thoughts, and connecting to your authentic, values-driven self.

    What to expect:

    A weekly 2hr experience that combines gentle, slow mindful movement practice, breathing and meditation techniques to drop the mind into the body. Therapeutic journal prompts will support you to explore what may be holding you back from living in alignment with your authentic, values-driven self. Group sharing after journaling is encouraged (but not mandatory!) to learn from one another.

    All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.

    *Eligible for coverage through insurance as instructor is a Registered Social Worker.
