Amy supports people in reconnecting with the wisdom of their bodies and deepening emotional and relational awareness.
Her work blends somatic sex education, body literacy, and guided practices to support clients with releasing shame, restoring sensation, and shifting patterns that may limit authentic connection and self-expression.
Sessions are educational, consent-based, and paced slowly, offering a supportive space to explore body awareness and relational skills, while deepening embodied intimacy. Through this work, clients develop greater self-trust, clarity, and a more vibrant relationship with their erotic and relational lives.
