Jill has been practicing massage therapy since 2010 in both spa & clinical settings around Toronto.

Her massage starts with gentle calming techniques to soothe your nervous system followed by slow-paced, moderate to firm Swedish massage combined with myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and joint mobilizations.

A firm believer that massage should feel good, Jill aims to ease out tension and increase mobility leaving you feeling more comfortable in your body, relaxed, and standing just a little bit taller.

Jill’s massage super power is with a technique called Dermoneuromodulating (DNM).

“It’s an approach to manual therapy that primarily considers the nervous system rather than the structural tissue being treated. It targets the nerves in the skin, encouraging them to slide, and glide, unloading them slowly, calming the nervous system, and allowing the brain to reconsider it's output (pain). It is gentle, it is kind, it is slow. I use this approach in combination with Swedish massage techniques which allows for broad, general techniques that have specific and deep effects.”
