In this 90-minute breathwork session we will use the breath as an anchor that roots us back into ourselves and guides us closer and closer to our own deep truth and nature. We will cultivate and build the muscle of turning towards and experience the opening, beauty and gifts that exist on the other side.
It is a super skill to learn how to turn towards yourself and then towards others in times of adversity and big change. Breathwork is such a gentle medicine that guides us lovingly into this practice of slowing down and taking a look at what we have been holding.
